Contact types allows you to categorize contacts. By default, there are four types configured when you signed up: vendor, customer, employee and other.
You can add to this list as many as needed.
Adding contact types
To add a contact type, follow these steps:
- Step 1: On the top menu, click on Your Account -> Contact Types.
- Step 2: Click on Add a new Contact Type.
- Step 3: Enter the name.
- Step 4: Click on Add Contact Type.
Deleting a contact type
To delete a contact type follow these steps:
