Overview

Contact types allows you to categorize contacts. By default, there are four types configured when you signed up: vendor, customer, employee and other.

You can add to this list as many as needed.

Adding contact types

To add a contact type, follow these steps:

  • Step 1: On the top menu, click on Your Account -> Contact Types.er-contact-types-1
  • Step 2: Click on Add a new Contact Type.er-contact-types-2
  • Step 3: Enter the name.
  • Step 4: Click on Add Contact Type.er-contact-types-3

Deleting a contact type

To delete a contact type follow these steps:

  • Step 1: On the top menu, click on Your Account -> Contact Types.
  • Step 2: Click on the Delete link for the type to be deleted.er-contact-types-4
