Contacts are used in Expiration Reminder to send notifications about items. You can configure as many contacts as needed in the system. There’s no limit on any plan.

Who can be a contact

Anyone that needs to receive a notification about an expiration item can be a contact. This includes:

  • Employees
  • Contractors
  • Customers
  • Vendors
  • Etc.

To configure any of these, you just need the name and the email address or mobile number to at least send them notifications.
